CAT A+ Refurb - Central London
Rapid were tasked with creating 2 CatA+ spaces ready for potential clients to move straight into in the heart of the city. Working alongside the landlord’s design team Rapid helped create the design and specified the furniture and finishes to the two areas to help create a warm welcoming space ready for occupation. The spaces created meant the landlord was able to fully let both business areas within 2 months of going to market.

Our client was moving within the heart of the docklands and wanted to create a vibrant modern office with a large relaxed breakout area for their staff combined with sit-stand desks throughout to aide their wellbeing. Rapid specified the project to meet the clients needs and budgets to create this stunning docklands office.
